UPDATE March 25, 2008

To All,
As you may be aware, over the weekend Don's health deteriorated and since
Sunday has been at McPherson Hospital (Howell) in an attempt to improve his
comfort level. It is now our understanding that Don is not expected to
recover from the cancer treatments and his time left is minimal. If anyone
wants to meet or speak with him, we suggest you attempt to visit him at the
hospital (or phone to verify that he is still there & has not been
transferred to somewhere else).

UPDATE March 6, 2008

Don has been getting radiation treatments at the Woodland Medical Center in Brighton. These treatments for the small remaining tumors in Don's brain, [left after brain surgery] were originally planned over a three-week period. Afterward the doctors will have Don begin chemo treatments for the cancer in Don's back and intestinal tract. A fund has been setup at Fifth Third Bank for those that can help provide financial assistance to Don during this difficult time for him. Any donations would be helpful.

Checks can be made payable to Don Ross. You can include a notation in the memo if you like that states "Friends of Don Ross," but please make out the check to Don Ross.
